Lakhs of foreign and domestic tourists reaches Goa every year, making it the most ideal location to host such an event. Besides, the local population itself is the country’s largest consumer of seafood, it being part of almost every meal.
The India Hospitality + F&B Pro International Expo will also host the HoReCa Professional Culinary challenge, where Norwegian salmon will be used as a compulsory ingredient with at least 25 chefs from five star hotels and fine dining restaurants competing for gold, silver and bronze medallions.
Norwegian Seafood Council Ambassador Chef Saby, who was awarded “Best Chef of India” by former President of India, will cook live his signature malai curry salmon to a distinguished gathering of culinary professionals, restaurateurs and hoteliers.
Norwegian Seafood Council is partnering with the Trinity Group for this event, which is now in its 14th year. Over 200 brands related to food and hospitality are participating and the event draws over 5000 business visitors each year.
