Result

You will be notified by SMS and/or email when your application has been processed.

The result can be picked up where the application was submitted or can be delivered by courier service.

If you have been granted a residence permit, a sticker will be placed in your passport to allow you to travel to the country of granted residence.

The embassy/consulate will contact you to let you know when and where you can collect your passport.

If your application has been rejected, you will receive a written explanation as to why it was rejected. You may appeal the decision. The appeal must be forwarded to the Directorate of Immigration by uploading the documents on their website. Alternatively, the appeal can be submitted to the Embassy by e-mail or letter/courier.
