Handing in the documents

You must bring all the documents listed in the checklist with you. You will find a link to the checklist in the e-mail that is sent when you have registered your application in the Application Portal.

We will contact you if we need more information. The application process will start once all the required documents have been submitted.

VFS Global Cairo is responsible for submission and collection of documents for visas. All enquiries must be directed to them by phone +2 02 216 000 53 or e-mail info.noeg@vfsglobal.com.

Your application will then be sent on to the UDI for processing.

Please note that it could take 2-3 days before applicants can get original documents such as passports back. We recomend that applicants factor this into their travel plans. 

NB! Accompanying children under 18 years shall meet at the Visa Application Centre together with the main applicant (for example their mother or father). 

The embassy in Amman's capacity to conduct interviews and collect DNA tests is reduced due to the current situation. If an interview, or a DNA-test is required, the Embassy in Amman will contact the applicant directly at a later stage to arrange an appointment.
