Administrative adviser – temporary position

The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Zagreb is hiring a full time administrative adviser. The position is temporary (12 months) due to maternity leave. Starting date approx. 1 April.


Job description

  • handling of consular cases involving Norwegian citizens
  • maintaining Embassy’s electronic archives
  • preparing travel documents
  • reporting on administrative and consular cases to the Ministry in Oslo
  • facilitator for trainees and responsible for the recruitment processes
  • assisting in the preparation and excecution of events
  • various other tasks as required


  • Minimum BA level
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • ICT competence


Candidates with work experience from a diplomatic mission and command of Norwegian language will be given priority.
