Before you apply

In order to apply for a residence permit to Norway from Bangladesh, you must either be a citizen of Bangladesh or have a residence permit in Bangladesh. You must have had the residence permit for at least six months before you can apply for a residence permit to Norway.
External service provider, VFS Global
In Bangladesh, applicants for residence permits submit their applications at visa application centers run by an external service provider, VFS Global.
