We are looking for a person with good general education, good knowledge of the use of different IT tools as well as good communication skills in written and oral English and Czech. Knowledge of Norwegian is an advantage.
The person we hire will initially be responsible for the ambassador's calendar and coordination of appointments. In addition, one will be responsible for invitations to official events and events in the Ambassador’s residence.
The person may be involved in the station's reporting activity on different topics. Knowledge of Czech state administration and civil society is an advantage.
Other tasks that also apply to the position:
- Maintenance of the Embassy's contact register
- Translations and interpretation
- Help with the maintenance of the Embassy's website and Facebook
- Media monitoring
- Various tasks as needed
The person should be used to withstanding high work rates, having the ability to juggle many tasks at the same time, being initiative-oriented, solution-oriented and structured. A positive attitude and good mood is important. The antechamberis the face of the embassy and service mindedness is required.
