Foster care

A foster care is a private home that takes care of a child whom for a period of time cannot live with his/her parents. Sometimes the parents together with the foster care decide that a child should live in a foster home. Other times it's the Family Law Court for child care cases that make the decision after suggestion from the family counselling office.
