If someone cannot provide for themselves, or are completely dependent on practical or personal help in order to manage thorough the day, they are entitled to help in the form of social services. There are a number of different measures for those in need of help and living at home. If one cannot live at home, there are institutional offers such as nursing homes or assisted living homes.
