The Working Environment Act defines an employer as someone who has employed a person to execute work in his service. The employer can get help with recruitment and readjustment from Nav. Nav also help with producing contracts regarding Inclusive Workplace (IW agreement). The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority has information about what responsibilities and duties you have as an employer.
