Normal opening times: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm (Norwegian time, GMT+1).
During July and August, our help desk opening times are: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 3 pm.
This is a no-charge service but calls made from cell phones or from outside Norway will be charged at the normal rate.
Some telephone operators outside Norway may not recognise 800 calls. From outside Norway, please call us on telephone number: (+47) 57 65 50 60.
If you need help outside our opening hours, send us an e-mail: info@norway.no. We will send you an answer within three working days.
