Mypage services
Mypage is divided into two different types of services. These services are register and transaction services. We will also explain a little about what these concepts encompass and tell a little about how these services will be carried out.
Register services will show you what information various agencies have on you in their registers. This information will be displayed on Mypage. Examples of such information include My Address, My Properties or My Family Doctor.
Transaction services will allow you to carry out an actual service linked to an agency or local authority, and thus change the information they have on you or submit an application, for example. The transaction services that you can carry out via Mypage are marked with [>]
The actual service will be carried out on the agency's own website, and you will be logged in to the site automatically. If you select the "Change Family Doctor" service, for example, a new browser window will appear that contains the actual service. You will find NAV's family doctor scheme pages in this new window.
Please note that if you find errors or omissions in your personal information, you must contact the agency or local authority (service provider) that provides the service in question.
